Supercollect – Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Legal Entity

Supercollect is operated by:

Factory RMDE is the sole operator and provider of the Supercollect mobile application (the “Service”).

2. Nature of the Service

Supercollect is a digital cataloguing and user-matching platform that enables users to:

  • Register and manage collectible stickers;
  • Identify duplicates and missing items;
  • View compatible users based on collection data;
  • Communicate via in-app chat to potentially arrange exchanges.

Supercollect is not a marketplace, payment intermediary, escrow service, logistics operator, or transaction facilitator.

The Service merely enables users to connect. Any exchange, agreement, shipment, payment, or arrangement is conducted solely between users.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

Access may be restricted to minors unless supervised by a legal guardian, subject to platform store policies (Apple App Store / Google Play). By using the Service, the user declares that they meet the minimum age requirement.

4. Account Registration

Users must create an account using:

  • Email address
  • Password
  • Username

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

5. Premium Subscription

Certain features, including chat and enhanced matching, require a Premium subscription.

Subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play.
Payments, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the respective store’s policies.Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Matching Functionality

Matching is generated automatically based on:

  • Registered sticker data;

Approximate location (city/country).
Supercollect does not guarantee successful matches or exchanges.

7. Chat Functionality

The chat feature allows text communication and links between matched users.
Users may block or report other users.
Supercollect does not actively monitor all communications but may access chat logs when necessary for moderation or legal purposes.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal activities;
  • Harass or defraud other users;
  • Impersonate others;
  • Share malware or harmful links;
  • Violate intellectual property rights.

Users are solely responsible for their interactions.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Supercollect assumes no responsibility for:

  • Condition or delivery of exchanged items;
  • Financial transactions between users;
  • Disputes arising from exchanges;
  • Conduct of other users.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
Factory RMDE shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension and Termination

Supercollect may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Users may delete their account at any time.

11. Data Deletion

Upon account deletion:

  • Data is removed from active systems immediately;
  • Backup systems may retain data for up to 30 days.

12. Intellectual Property

All Supercollect branding and software remain the property of Factory RMDE.
Users retain ownership of their own collection data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Portugal.

14. Amendments

Supercollect reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
